The COVID-19 Eviction Moratorium: Your rights as a landlord and as a tenant.

Hi Everyone, We made it through a couple of weeks of shelter-in-place and the results seem to be moving forward positively. So that is great news!  The team and I have been keeping busy and started a webinar series in which we interview industry professionals regarding current COVID crisis topics. This week, I sat down via Zoom (thank goodness for technology) with attorney, Chris Dolan, to chat about the Eviction Moratorium and what that entails for you as a landlord and as a tenant.
